Libertad que afectar\u00e1 al tr\u00e1fico rodado.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ed, se podr\u00e1 circular por Avda. Libertad, pero no se podr\u00e1 circular desde la zona del r\u00edo hacia Avda. Libertad y viceversa.
